Examination of pigmented lesions and possible precancerous lesions is a standard part of a comprehensive skin examination in patients coming even for other reasons

Modern Equipment and Operating Room

We have a digital dermatoscope for the examination of pigmented lesions and skin tumours, an electrocauitery for the removal of small skin growths, and a cryocauter for the treatment of warts and some precancerous lesions.

To determine the exact diagnosis using histological examination, we perform surgical skin examinations in a specialized operating room, which we also use for other minor surgical or cosmetic procedures.

Co-operation with Specialists from Other Sectors

The advantage of our clinic is close co-operation with other medical sectors. Paediatric skin diseases, such as atopic eczema and many other diagnoses, require co-operation with allergology. Many skin manifestations are a "mirror" of general diseases, and a dermatologist is often the first to raise this suspicion. At MY CLINIC, we cooperate with general practitioners, internists, gynaecologists, rheumatologists and other specialists according to the presumed underlying disease.
