In my nutrition consulting I offer:

  • Assessment of your eating habits, attitude towards and relationship with food
  • Suggestions for modifying eating habits for health protection, performance and a healthy relationship with food

Within the field of nutrition advice, I specialise in sports nutrition (maximising sports performance, achieving the right weight for specific weight categories), changes in body composition (reducing fat while gaining muscle mass), weight reduction and optimal nutrition for health protection. In my practice, I do not provide therapeutic nutrition focused on various illnesses.

All my nutritional practices are backed by science (evidence-based practice). I use up-to-date methods with the strongest empirical validation to reach informed decisions about nutrition and client care. I combine this approach with my own extensive experience and tailor it to the individual needs, values and preferences of every client.

I work with both recreational and professional athletes, including members of national teams and national, European and world champions as well as countless people from the general population.
