I am a psychologist with more than 25 years of international experience, which I gained during my stay in the UK, where I studied psychology. Already during my bachelor's studies, I became interested in the field of applied positive psychology, which I later graduated from and which still inspires me today. My approach to therapy and counseling focuses on improving client well-being by highlighting character strengths, creativity, spirituality, and meaningful life activities. I believe that part of mental health and resilience is to explore why it's worth living in and develop individual strengths.
In my practice, I specialize in working with children from 7 years of age, adolescents, adults and couples. My therapeutic approach is holistic and humanistic, always adapting to the individual needs of clients. In addition to traditional therapeutic methods, I integrate interventions of applied positive psychology, creative techniques, art therapy and work with aids such as therapeutic cards. Therapy cards are tools used to facilitate personal insight and self-awareness. They come in various forms, such as consultation cards, metaphorical cards, and associative cards. These aids can help individuals explore their emotions, situations, and life paths.
I regularly educate myself on therapeutic approaches, which allows me to effectively support individuals cope with the physical, emotional, and psychological consequences of stressful or traumatic events.
I like to work with people who are interested in personal development and are motivated to actively work on their growth. My goal is to provide support and tools to help clients reach their full potential and lead happier, more meaningful lives.
