I am a medical professional specializing in gynaecology and obstetrics. My field of expertise includes paediatric gynaecology. As a paediatric gynaecologist, my role is to care for girls from infancy, guide them through adolescence, and then provide them with subsequent gynaecologic care during adulthood.

Paediatric gynaecology comprises diagnosing developmental defects of the genital tract, treating synechiae, diagnosing and treating vaginal discharge conditions and infections in children, and handling disorders in adolescents. My speciality also includes treating genital injuries and conducting forensic examinations for the needs of law-enforcement authorities.

My approach to medical care for girls and young women is based on understanding, empathy, and utmost professionalism, all of which is essential not only for children, but also for their parents for whom a gynaecological examination of their child can be a traumatizing experience.
